Quota ♥

There are things we don't want it to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn and people we can't live without but have to let go.

Orientation Jan 2010 - WFC.

What does WFC stands for? Many of you would ask. It's our Welcome Freshmen Concert. An event full of performances to blow your mind off. So all you got to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the show. Oh and did I mention the entrance is free? :)

This is my second time being one of the committee member for WFC. Every year we have a theme, to represent the concert. This time round, the theme was Euphoria. No no, not the Ministry of Sound. Just plain Euphoria for this one.

Got to love the banner.
All thanks to Yan Ming, our Decoration Manager.

Now lets take a look at the performances we had for the day. Some pictures may be slightly blurry due to lighting problem and camera problem, because some of the I moved and zoomed in.

The first performance by a dancing group who calls themselves The Hazardous Engineers.
They are good. :)

Next we have singing.
It's common watch people sing during this kind of event.

and a duet with a pretty girl.

We also have a pianist in the house.

Now the next performance is a little different, one you don't get to see everyday.

This is Jodie, on trolley.
(I think this is how you spell his name)
A comedian.

Chinese Orchestra.

Then another singing.
This one reminds you of those olden day singing as the singer's voice is powerful,
plus the guy you see standing at the right side, is also awesomely good with the flute.

I'm sure everyone is interested in magic.
This time we have invited a magician.

Eu Jin the Magician.
He's good too. I wonder where the pigeon gone to though.

Another singing group.
Are you bored yet?

What's their names again? I can't recall.
The guitarist is Kevin I think.

We have the Chinese Yo-Yo performance too.

And another dance performance.

Don't they look like the Alvin and The Chipmunks to you?
Green, Red and Blue.
Minus the Emcee on the left.

Now last but not least, the last performance of the day.

The name's Han Ping.
He's very very awesome in playing the flute and another instrument, which I can't remember what is it called. He practically wooed the crowd that afternoon.

Ah now here's the pigeon.

The magician's pigeon.
It won't fly away though.

Overall, the event WAS a SUCCESS. A blast I would say. Our hard work paid off. We all enjoyed ourselves too in the process. Each and everyone of us played a part in making this event a success. Thank you all for your hard work. :)

We rock!
Extra one person in the picture.
Don't know who is he though.
